We buy and sell DVDs, books, video games and music seven days a week, 9am-8pm. If we're not able to buy your books due to their value to us, we'll recycle them responsibly for free.

Grassroots Books is located at 660 E. Grove street. We are a medium-sized used and new bookstore in central Reno, about 1.5 blocks south of Costco and REI. We're local and independent!

People are often elated when they come to our store... They end up buying a box or two of books because we have the lowest prices in town, and very appealing books.

New books are offered at huge discounts, often 80% off list price.

 We typically have at least 3,000 kids books in stock, from pre-K to 
high school.
